We offer 1-on-1, 2-on-1, and semi-private sessions in 45 or 60-minute durations. All sessions are located in our gym in Caringbah.

All weekly recurring face-to-face clients have access to the following:
*Must be a weekly recurring face-to-face client to have access to program and app. Casual clients will receive personal training session only.
Personalised Program: All coaching packages include a program that is tailored to your goals, skill level and the amount of days you are available to train.
Strength System App: Allows you to access your personalised program with one simple download that you can use on the days you aren’t doing face-to-face coaching. This means you can track your lifts, review past performance and access demo videos and explanations to stay on track.
Exclusive discounts: Face-to-face clients can receive multiple session discounts when they book personal training sessions more than once a week.
If you’re looking to switch up your training, gain a new skill and increase your fitness we also offer personal training sessions in boxing, both 1:1 and small groups. Our qualified boxing coach has the skills, experience and knowledge to get you up to scratch. Plus its a lot of fun!
